We love Do It Yourself projects!
Um… Let me try that again. While we enjoy a creative challenge, in the midst of a particularly frustrating DIY project my husband, Dann will often exclaim, “Can we not buy anything off the shelf!?”
I’m a frugalista at heart and know creativity is born within the frustration of limitation. When faced with a problem I first I dream big and ask myself, “In a perfect world with unlimited resources, what would I do?” Then I shop my house for materials to create solutions for FREE or as little as possible.
