Sometimes my client’s real estate needs fall outside my service area.  I’m happy to use my company resources to help them find another agent with the right skills and geographic expertise.

I have had great success and a lot of fun matching people with dynamic REALTORS in their area.  Recently I matched someone with a seemingly hard to sell property that had been on the market for three years, with a fantastic agent with the right resources to put the property under agreement in 30 days. I have also matched someone who wanted to sell their water front land with an agent who was also a builder and developer with lots of resources to benefit the seller.
