On Sunday morning, February 10, 2013, after the Nor’Easter “Nemo,” passed through New England dumping 28″ of snow on the City of Salem, a call came out and mayhem ensued… After a solid hour of relentless bombardment, one participant cried in victory, “I LOVE the smell of snow-palm in the morning!”
